Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Act as key point of contact and ‘system subject matter expert’ for clients
  • Prepare and educate clients in relation to system upgrades and improvements
  • Proactively provide input to product upgrades and development
  • Prepare and manage Statements of Work for clients
  • Actively support and contribute to your team

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Understanding of web based software applications
  • Exceptional client service experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in recruitment or a technical Product environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR / IT / Business
  • Resilience and determination
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to your clients changing needs
